Build muscle strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Join certified Instructor Alyssa Haynes Eddy for measured movements to balance energy, focusing on flowing from pose to pose along with core strength-training moves. A variety of modifications will be offered to encourage participation. This class is open to all levels. Please bring a mat with you and register in advance.

Saturdays at 10:30 am
Barre delivers a blend of Pilates, yoga, ballet barre exercises and strength training in each workout. Movements are conducted to upbeat music and build strength and flexibility in muscles you use every day but don’t always hit in other traditional workouts. The class includes standing work at the wall-mounted barres, the use of light resistance equipment, and mat work. You’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner, and energized!
Coach Pat Williams is a PTR certified teaching professional. He has been a leader in the Greensboro Tennis Community for over two decades. Grandover Clinics are open to the Community
